Administration of trusts and estates of deceased persons entrusted to the department, to the best of the ability and provide related services to the satisfaction of all concerned including the beneficiaries of trusts and estates.

Public Trustee can,
• act as an Executor or Executor and Trustee of a Will.
• help to create a Trust and implement the objects specified in the Trust.
• manage Immovable Properties of any person upon a contract on terms and conditions, as may be mutually agreed upon.
